Role Description

Our client is seeking a full-time, on-site Project Manager based in Conroe, TX. The Project Manager will oversee construction projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. This role involves coordinating with clients, contractors, and vendors, managing resources, and monitoring progress to deliver successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in Project Management and Expediting, preferably with a PEMB company
• Knowledge and skills in Inspection and Logistics Management
• Strong organizational and leadership capabilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with project management software tools
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline
• Previous experience in the construction industry is an advantage
