About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager 2 to support the HR Planning Manager in executing the People Team strategy. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence, implementing systems, and managing change across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, system implementation, and change management, with a passion for enhancing strategic initiatives and improving organizational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans aligned with the People Team strategy.
• Identify and assess risks, partnering with key leaders to develop mitigation strategies.
• Lead the implementation of the Monday.com pilot program, including project planning and change management.
• Enhance visibility and tracking of the HR Scorecard and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Collaborate with HR Strategy and Analytics teams to monitor MBO goals and KPIs.
• Facilitate the development and tracking of the People Team Milestone Calendar in Monday.com.
• Support communication forums to promote strategic awareness and engagement.
• Partner with People Leadership and Center of Excellence teams to drive continuous improvement and process optimization.
• Plan and execute People Team Town Halls, including content development, speaker coordination, and engagement activities.
• Respond to ad hoc reporting requests and support audit processes.

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience.
