Role: Temp Project Manager – Real Estate Team

Location: On-site | Marina del Rey, CA (5 days/week)

Duration: Until filled full time

Pay Rate: $35/hour

Overview:

Our client, a leading global apparel brand, is seeking a highly organized Project Manager to support their Real Estate Team. This role is ideal for someone who excels at coordinating timelines, managing documentation, and providing both administrative and financial support across multiple properties and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and organize real estate and architectural files by project and property
• Track and manage project timelines to ensure key milestones are met
• Process and track invoices, securing appropriate approvals
• Partner with finance to verify invoice details and prioritize payments
• Take detailed meeting notes and follow up on action items
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the real estate team
• Coordinate schedules and assist with overall project time management

Requirements:

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and DocuSign
• Prior experience in real estate, construction, or architecture (preferred)
