• Manage all facets of project implementation from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Develop and execute operational plans, monitor progress, and proactively address operational challenges to minimize delays.
• Identify, secure, and manage project resources effectively.
• Design project specifications, create and manage project schedules, and track risks and issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine project requirements.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication and collaboration to drive project success.
• Conduct project meetings, prepare status reports, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Prioritize tasks, allocate resources, and coordinate project teams to achieve milestones and targets.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years of experience with Medicaid and/or Medicare
• 4+ years of project leadership experience

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Experience in the Healthcare industry

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $50 to $56 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
