We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement process, including sourcing, negotiating, preconstruction, and post-construction activities. This is an in-office, full-time position.

• Manage, develop, and grow the existing customer base and lead generation.
• Communicate effectively with sub-contractors.
• Expand our sub-contractor network across the country.
• Organize and set up bid packages.
• Send out bid requests to sub-contractors and follow up to ensure timely responses.
• Analyze received bids to assess competency.
• Handle pre- and post-construction operations.
• Coordinate with onsite superintendents to obtain necessary information.
• Learn and manage various portals and customer applications for project execution.
• Assist with take-offs, purchase orders, change orders, and other administrative tasks as needed.
• Manage projects as required, particularly at Delaware Valley Paving.
• Develop knowledge of project processes and methods.
• Assist in marketing and promotional activities, including events, trade shows, website, and social media.
• Provide additional support as reasonably required by the employer.

• Bachelor's degree in business, construction, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
