Job Description:
Create detailed project plans that include scheduling timelines, task assignments, progress tracking, and adjustments as necessary.
Maintain schedules for all engineering work, including new development, continuous improvement, and research and development efforts.
Support the Sales Team in preparing formal engineering reports for customer submissions, coordinating with the Technical Documentation Specialist.
Propose budgets, staffing, and equipment needs.
Assist the General Manager with customer management and communication.
Collaborate with the General Manager to create, maintain, and report on projects and schedules.
Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Production, and Engineering departments. Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external meetings.
Utilize the ERP system effectively.
Follow OSHA safety requirements and policies.
