This position reports to Project Operations Manager.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to manage the execution of medium-size and/or complex to large projects and ensure that all related activities are performed in accordance with ABB policy, contractual agreements, quality standards, Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements, financial targets, and schedule commitments. Leading as Site Project Manager at customer sites during the execution phase, providing project team management on schedule, material, resource planning (internal and subcontractors), commissioning and punch list item closure. The work model for the role is: LI - Hybrid. This role is contributing to the Robotics & Discrete Automation Division in the USA with a home office in Auburn Hills, MI. Main stakeholders are both our internal and external customers. You will be mainly accountable for:

• Project Leadership
• Project Execution and Control
• Planning and Scheduling

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with 8+ years of experience
• Strong experience in Site Management and Project Management desired
• Controls Engineering, PLC programming, Robot programming, manufacturing, and construction background in Automotive industry desired
• ABB PM Certification required for internal ABB candidates
• Excellent communication skills with an ability to influence both internally and externally
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Project desired
• Willingness to travel over 50% of the time
