Project Manager - Insight Global : Job Details

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Title: Project manager

Duration: 6 month contract to hire

Location: Orlando

Must Haves:

• k-12 construction exp, 2-3 minimum years
• Understanding processes of school construction
• Guideline, some type of school exp
• MEP specific exp given the direction they are heading
• HVAC exp would be great
• Architecture, engineering, construction
• Bachelors degree

Plusses:

• PMP
• E-Builder exp - transitioning department wide
• Recently started using bluebeam

Where candidate swill be working out of there, each PM has 6-12 project under them

The PMs work independent but are an extension of the client team

Self-sufficient to own projects from beginning to end, design to closeout

6-12 project, varies in types, old MEP, new construction, exterior, etc.

Owners Rep

Lots of meetings dealing with stakeholder, curriculum department, facilities, etc

Will have assistance from other PMs, onsite majority of the time and visits projects time to time, most time is having stakeholder and project updates meeting, design review meetings

5 days a week onsite, 40 hours a week around orlando could be far north, could be south, east, west, etc.
