Project Manager For Painting, Flooring, And Drywall Services

We provide painting, flooring, and drywall services to residential and commercial customers in Cobb County GA. We are looking for a local person to run our jobs from work order to completion and payment. Please do not apply if you do not live near Cobb County GA or do not intend to move here. This is a full-time position, that works five days a week with occasional weekend and night work. It includes comp time and paid vacations. The Project Manager is responsible for taking our sold jobs from work order to completion. This includes selecting the crew, getting materials delivered to the job, interfacing with the client from the pre-job walkthrough to completion and payment, updating the quote and work order for change orders, and negotiating with the crew chief. Our jobs include flooring, painting, and drywall work along with some rudimentary carpentry. This may include window replacements, door replacements, etc. Applicant must be familiar with these types of jobs and be able to interface with subs in these trades to coordinate various trades for a successful completion. And get jobs finished with minimal supervision and collect payment. A minimum of four years of running similar jobs is a prerequisite for consideration for this position. The ideal candidate will bring qualified subs with him/her.

Requirements: Four years of successfully running similar jobs. Familiarity with flooring and paint products, and ability to recommend solid alternatives to customers. Must be able to lift up to 60lbs; and generally be in good health; this job requires a fair amount of physical activity; Must be detail oriented with high expectations for quality of work and timely completion of jobs Must have a valid Georgia driver's license and clean driving record; Must successfully pass a background check; Must be able to clearly communicate in writing, text, emails, etc. Must be able to work with a contractor CRM (Customer Relationship Management) System A vehicle may be provided, or mileage for a personal vehicle can be paid. We pay a salary and bonus based on the volume of work completed and customer satisfaction. You win when the whole team wins, it's as simple as that.
