Job DetailsJob Location Bronxville - Bronxville, NY Position Type Full Time Education Level 4 Year Degree Salary Range $65000.00 - $74498.00 Salary/year Job Shift Day DescriptionPosition Summary: The Project Manager will play a key role in supporting the effective implementation of the HRSA BHWET grant-funded Iona Collaborates (IC) project. This position is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative, logistical, and operational support to the project team. Working closely with the Project Director (PD), the Project Manager will help ensure that all project activities are completed on schedule and in full compliance with grant requirements. This is a grant-funded position with the potential for renewal for up to four years, contingent upon continued funding and satisfactory performance. Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support:
- Participate in the development and implementation of the project's work plan.
- Manage project calendars, schedules, and deadlines.
- Participates in monthly meetings with grant personnel.
- Works with PD in the preparation of grant reports and other required submissions.
- Coordinates meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
- Prepares and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and other relevant documents.
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date project records and documentation.
- Operational Support:
- Assists with data collection, analysis, and reporting, including supporting the collection of data for the external evaluator.
- Supports the development and implementation of evaluation plans.
- Coordinates with project partners and stakeholders.
- Provides support to faculty as they develop and implement new curriculum or modify existing courses.
- Oversees graduate student assistantsand student workers.
- Oversees information sessions and applications for currently enrolled students about the IC at Iona University Fellowship opportunity.
- Provides technical assistance and support to project team members.
- Manages project communications, including email, phone, and social media.
- Logistical Support:
- Coordinates travel arrangements, including booking flights and accommodation.
- Manages project budgets, tracks expenses, and processes reimbursements.
- Assists with procurement and purchasing activities.
- Oversees project timelines and deliverables.
- Provides support to Discipline PlacementCoordinators to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with field sites that serve underserved populations for collaboration and partnership between the project and field sites.
- HRSA Compliance:
- Provides support to PDto ensure compliance with all HRSA regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Provides support to PD to ensure the submission of reports and other required documentation to HRSA occurs in a timely manner.
- Participates in meetings with PD to interact with HRSA staff to address any questions or concerns in coordination with key grant personnel.
QualificationsQualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, which can include, public health, health administration, or business administration or another related field. Master's degree is preferred.
- 2-5 years of previous experience working in a project management position.
- Experience with grant administration and reporting.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
