Project Manager - cyberThink : Job Details

Job Description: As a Project Manager, you will serve as the Enterprise Project Manager (PM) for the implementation of a new system. You will be responsible for leading and coordinating across multiple program offices, facilitating effective communication with executive leadership, and aligning project delivery with strategic business goals. This role requires subject matter expertise development in case management processes, active participation in governance structures, and successful onboarding of program offices to the new platform. Additionally, the Project Manager will oversee the decommissioning of legacy systems post-transition. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of the ECM system across multiple program offices
• Develop and execute plans for onboarding program offices to the new ECM platform
• Coordinate with executive leadership, program office stakeholders, and HHS DC
• Act as SME in case management processes through active engagement in the implementation lifecycle
• Establish decommissioning plans for legacy systems once onboarding is complete
• Communicate effectively within established ECM governance structures
• Ensure adherence to federal partner requirements including CMS and ACF
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to align ECM features with operational needs
• Facilitate the realization of benefits such as improved data sharing, reduced maintenance costs, and enhanced compliance
• Provide strong leadership in project planning, issue resolution, risk management, and team coordination

Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies:

• Seven (7) to nine (9) years of experience in managing large-scale technical projects involving cross-functional IT teams
• Proven experience in implementing enterprise-level solutions
• Strong skills in budgeting, leadership, communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and team building
• High level of technical and business acumen to navigate complex system environments
• Demonstrated ability to drive project success in a multi-vendor, multi-agency setting
• Experience working with public sector or government entities is a plus
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification through PMI preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical study preferred
• Experience or familiarity with Client systems is highly desirable
• Self-motivated and assertive with a results-driven approach
• Ability to provide professional references/POCs upon request

The hourly range for roles of this nature are $50.00 to $80.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills, experience, location, and industry. cyberThink is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
