We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead civil site development projects across key U.S. markets. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing and forward-thinking engineering consultancy that values ownership, innovation, and impact.

As a key player in the Civil Site Group, you'll lead from the front — managing a diverse portfolio of site development projects, mentoring junior staff, driving client engagement, and playing an active role in winning new business. You'll also collaborate closely with engineering and business development teams to shape and deliver high-impact solutions.

🔍 What You'll Be Doing:

• Manage the full project lifecycle — from design through delivery — across commercial and residential site development projects
• Lead quality control efforts, delegate tasks effectively, and ensure project profitability
• Drive client satisfaction through strong communication, technical oversight, and relationship management
• Contribute to business development, proposals, and client presentations
• Mentor and develop engineering staff within a collaborative team culture
• Work across multiple geographic markets, including Indiana, Ohio, and North Carolina

✅ What You'll Bring:

• BS in Civil Engineering (required)
• Licensed PE with 5+ years of experience in site development
• Proven experience in: site layout, grading and drainage, permitting, road and utility design, and hydrologic/hydraulic analysis
• Track record of client development and proposal success
• Strong project leadership and mentoring capabilities
