Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Project Manager, located on-site in Sumter, SC.

The Project Manager will oversee the successful planning, execution, and delivery of sports construction and athletic facility projects. From gymnasiums to stadiums, this role ensures projects are completed on time, on budget, and to the high standards our clients expect.

As a Project Manager, you'll serve as the point of coordination between clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams. You'll be responsible for scheduling, logistics, quality control, and communication, ensuring every detail is covered from project kickoff through final walkthrough.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in construction or project management (sports construction or surfacing experience is a plus)
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and scheduling
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specs, and technical documents
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in project management software, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites as needed
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field is preferred
