The ideal candidate has extensive experience in masonry and concrete restoration and is passionate about ensuring projects are executed on time, within budget, and at the highest level of quality. • Review and interpret architectural and engineering drawings to establish scope and material needs and determine if there are changes due to field conditions
• Issue RFIs and coordinate directly with clients, architects, vendors, and subcontractors
• Attend project meetings, site visits, and walkthroughs to assess conditions and logistics
• Maintain accurate logs, documentation, and project communications
• Collaborate closely with estimating and field teams to ensure project alignment
• Oversee schedule, budget tracking, and execution to meet milestones
• Review bulletins to determine changes in work and put together change orders as necessary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management within commercial or municipal construction, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
• Deep expertise in masonry and concrete restoration required
• Ability to interpret and manage complex scopes of work and construction documents
• Experience managing union labor and prevailing wage projects is a strong plus
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Associate's degree preferred
