Project Manager - Trillium Staffing : Job Details

Trillium Construction is now seeking a Project Manager for direct-hire placement in St. Paul, MN! Our client is a well-established company that specializes in small and medium tanks to large complex structures throughout the U.S. Projects include Carbon and stainless-steel API/AWWA storage tanks, elevated silos and bins, floating roof tanks, double wall tanks and large shop built tanks. Duties: -Lead the planning and execution of industrial metal tank construction projects, including scope definition, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. -Collaborate with engineers and architects to develop detailed project plans, specifications, and timelines. -Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation. -Develop, manage, and control project budgets, ensuring the project remains within financial constraints. -Monitor expenditures and recommend corrective actions when necessary to keep the project on budget. -Maintain strong communication with clients, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and any changes to scope, budget, or timeline. Compensation: -Annual salary starting at $100,000, and increasing with experience -M/D/V and premium split for the entire package -Car and cell phone allowance -PTO -401k with match Apply now!
