JOB SUMMARY The Project Manager is responsible for executing major sanitary process system projects within agreed scope, timelines, and budget. This role ensures successful project delivery and customer certification transfer. The Project Manager leads planning, coordination, and execution efforts, maintaining high standards for Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS). PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage projects through all phases: Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring, Controlling, and Closure, following internal business processes (e.g., IDEFs).
- Oversee multiple projects from order placement to delivery.
- Define project philosophy, milestones, and staffing needs based on customer requirements.
- Coordinate preparation and delivery of project documentation and drawing packages
- Review bids, proposals, and vendor agreements with Supply Chain for compliance with specifications, pricing, and delivery.
- Develop budgets and cost estimates; manage scope and negotiate changes with customers.
- Provide regular project status updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain project schedules and budgets; identify acceleration opportunities.
- Ensure quality control across products and services to exceed customer expectations.
- Manage subcontractors to meet quality and delivery standards.
- Ensure financial control and cost optimization throughout project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with technical teams to interpret and communicate client specifications.
- Review product designs for compliance with engineering principles and customer contracts.
- Lead technical studies, design reviews, and testing activities.
- Approve design changes and drawing releases in coordination with customer requirements.
- Maintain strong relationships with key accounts; resolve customer issues and identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present project reports to senior management.
- Enforce EHS standards on-site and take corrective action when necessary.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations, food technology, or related field

The anticipated salary range is what we believe to be the likely base salary range for this position at the time of posting. Actual salary for this position will depend on relevant qualifications, skills, and experience.
