    Position: Project Manager

    Location: Aiken, South Carolina

    Compensation: $140,000-$200,000 Annually

    About the Role

    We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex infrastructure projects with a focus on Department of Energy (DOE) and large-scale municipal work. This role requires a results-driven leader with a strong background in heavy civil construction and a commitment to safety, quality, and performance.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead project planning, execution, and delivery in alignment with contract requirements and company standards.

    • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.

    • Oversee project setup, including contract review, cost coding, and budget alignment.

    • Coordinate and track submittals, RFIs, PCOs, quantities, and equipment.

    • Manage subcontractor and supplier procurement, including invoice approvals.

    • Maintain proactive communication with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

    • Submit timely pay applications and manage accounts receivable.

    • Supervise and mentor project team members, fostering a collaborative and accountable environment.

    • Participate in internal planning and performance measurement processes.

    Qualifications

    • Required:

    • DOE project experience

    • Roadwork and/or heavy civil construction experience

    • Willingness to travel on a per diem basis

    • Valid driver's license

    • Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug screenings

    • Must successfully complete a background check

    • Preferred:

    • Federal or Department of Defense (DoD) project experience

    • Familiarity with NQA-1 standards
