Allen Schrock & Sons, a family-owned and operated custom home builder based in Congerville, Illinois, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to oversee residential construction projects in the central Illinois area. With over three of homebuilding experience, we are committed to delivering carefully crafted homes and additions using solid building materials and sound building principles.

Position Overview As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading residential construction projects from inception to completion. You will coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and our in-house team to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to our high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of residential construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
• Oversee on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Maintain clear and timely communication with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction promptly and effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field .
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential construction project management.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
