Project Manager - Selectek : Job Details

Overview:Selectek is seeking a Project Manager with a strong civil engineering background in land development design. This position will support a growing team in the North Atlanta (Alpharetta) area, focusing on residential, commercial, and institutional projects. Candidates with an EIT certification and AutoCAD Civil 3D experience are highly encouraged to apply.Job Responsibilities:Lead and support the design and preparation of civil site plans and construction documents.Design site elements including roads, stormwater drainage systems, utilities (water/sewer), BMPs, and traffic control plans.Perform technical calculations and prepare cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and field reports.Conduct site visits and oversee field testing for pressure testing, vacuum testing, and similar activities.Collaborate with internal engineering teams for permitting and construction-phase services.Build strong working relationships with project team members and stakeholders.Provide project management support including scheduling, task oversight, and general coordination.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Engineering Technology (preferred).EIT certification is required.3–10 years of civil engineering design experience, specifically in land development.Proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil 3D.Strong communication skills (written and verbal).Previous experience managing or supporting civil projects is preferred; junior PMs are welcome to apply.Additional Information:No travel required.This is an onsite role; remote or hybrid work is not available.Candidates requiring sponsorship will not be considered.Civil Project Manager – Land DevelopmentLocation: Alpharetta, GA 30009Employment Type: 6-Month Temp-to-Direct or Direct HirePay Range: $28.85 – $52.88/hr.
