About the role

Join #TeamMB as a Project Manager in our Digital & Transformation team, where you'll play a key role in delivering a major transformation initiative. As a cross-functional Project Manager, you will co-ordinate across product, development, change, training, and data migration through agile delivery, ensuring milestones are met and outcomes are high quality. This is an awesome opportunity to bring your leadership, structure and energy to a collaborative team driving meaningful change across the firm.

What we're looking for

We're seeking someone who brings:

  • Proven experience managing agile projects in transformation environments, ideally within legal, shared services, or enterprise settings
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (SAFe/Scrum/Kanban) and tools like JIRA and Confluence
  • Professional certifications in Project Management (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2) and Agile (e.g. Scrum Master, CSP, SPC, ACP)
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams including product owners, business analysts, developers, testers, change managers, and training specialists
  • Exposure to data migration activities including cleansing, mapping, ETL, and validation
  • A track record of working with Change Management to support the business adoption strategies alongside development and rollout plans
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to navigate complex environments and drive alignment
  • A passion for agile delivery and continuous improvement
  • The ability to anticipate risks and resolve issues before they escalate
  • A collaborative mindset and a commitment to team wellbeing
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail in documentation and reporting
  • Confidence in leading agile ceremonies and coaching teams on best practices
  • A calm and focused approach under pressure, especially during rollout phases
  • A drive to align project execution with broader organisational goals and values
