What You'll Do:

• Lead Projects: Manage project planning, budgeting, invoicing, and resource allocation for multiple environmental projects.
• Client Engagement: Build and maintain positive client relationships, guiding them through every project phase with exceptional communication and service.
• Team Supervision: Oversee and mentor project teams, ensuring safety and efficiency at every stage.
• Regulatory Expertise: Prepare bids, proposals, and work plans while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Field Work: Be ready to step into the field when necessary, traveling to remote job sites as required.
• Data Management: Compile and process project data, daily logs, and reports to meet client and regulatory obligations.
• Billing and Follow-up: Create invoices and follow up with clients to ensure prompt payment.

What We're Looking For:

• Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Science or Arts with 3-5 years of project management experience in environmental consulting.
• Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Attributes: A self-starter, team player, and problem solver with a strong work ethic.
• Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license and clean motor vehicle record.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug test.
  • Physical fitness to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and work outdoors year-round.
  • Availability for extended hours and travel as needed.
