Job Description :

We are a fast-growing, NYC-based communications agency seeking an ambitious and detail-driven Project Manager (PM) to join our dynamic team. This role primarily supports our creative and digital teams, as well as special projects in other teams, by overseeing the end-to-end execution of projects that align with LSC's marketing and growth initiatives. The ideal candidate is a natural problem-solver, adept at juggling multiple priorities, and comfortable leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality work on time and within budget.

Role Summary:

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing creative and digital projects from concept through completion. You'll collaborate closely with internal teams and clients, ensuring every project meets expectations across scope, timeline, quality, and budget. This position requires a proactive communicator with a strong command of project management principles and the ability to lead with both structure and flexibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Develop detailed project timelines using ClickUp (or similar tools)
  • Establish and manage a clear, formal routing process for project workflows
  • Oversee internal resources and external vendors to ensure flawless execution
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, on brand, and on budget
  • Monitor progress, track milestones, and adjust schedules as needed
  • Develop project budget estimators
  • Act as the main point of contact between internal teams and clients
  • Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and changes in scope
  • Maintain detailed documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle
  • Create and present project plans, briefs, and updates to leadership and clients
  • Continuously evaluate performance and optimize workflows for efficiency
  • Foster strong relationships with third-party partners and vendors
  • Perform additional duties as assigned in support of the team's success

Required Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of proven project management experience in a fast-paced, agency or marketing environment is a must
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
  • Confidently interfacing with senior executives and client stakeholders
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and able to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines
  • Proficiency with project management tools (ClickUp experience is a strong plus)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a major plus
  • Familiarity with creative workflows in digital marketing or branding agencies
  • Comfort with project budgeting, resourcing, and vendor coordination
