About the Role:

The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating various manufacturing projects from inception to completion. This position is responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting the quality standards set by the organization. The Project Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project plans, schedules, and documentation, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the project life cycle. Additionally, this role will involve identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Ultimately, the Project Manager will contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the manufacturing processes, driving continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management within the manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of project management software, including Microsoft Project.

Qualifications:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and methodologies.
• Familiarity with quality management systems and standards.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure project requirements are met and deliverables are achieved.
• Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to stay on track.
