Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Interiors Project Manager located in Addison, TX. The Interiors Project Manager will oversee the daily management, coordination, and successful completion of construction projects. Responsibilities include project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and overseeing project logistics. The role also involves managing expediting and inspection processes, ensuring all project milestones are met, and maintaining excellent client relationships.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years' Experience in Project Management and Logistics Management
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field is preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Manage commercial construction projects from start to finish
  • Prepare and manage the budget for the project, ensuring that the construction costs do not exceed the estimated budget.
  • Develop project schedules and ensure that deadlines are met
  • Experience in commercial construction projects is a plus
  • Proven experience in successfully managing multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to work on-site in Addison, TX
  • New Construction Experience is a plus
