Project Manager - Flowtec Group : Job Details

My client is a dynamic and growing construction firm specializing in office interior, life-science and healthcare projects. They are committed to delivering high-quality results on time and within budget, while maintaining the highest safety and environmental standards. They are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Construction Project Manager to lead construction projects from pre-construction through completion.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from conception to completion
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and work plans
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals
• Select, contract, and supervise subcontractors and vendors
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Resolve issues, delays, or emergencies as they arise
• Maintain accurate project documentation and prepare progress reports for stakeholders

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as a construction Project Manager
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field
• Interior, life-science, or healthcare project experience preferred
• Utilize Microsoft Tools and Construction Management software

Job Offer

• $150,000 - $175,000 base salary
