Project Manager - Eliassen Group : Job Details

A leading organization in the utilities sector is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multiple projects in accordance with the Project Management Center of Excellence. This hybrid position offers a dynamic opportunity to contribute to impactful projects in the utility and energy transmission sector.

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $45 - $55 / hr. w2

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, scheduling, cost control, and risk management
• Lead cross-functional teams and communicate across all levels of the organization
• Apply sound project management principles to drive timely and effective outcomes
• Ensure compliance and quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience
• Associate degree (2-year college or university)
• Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and leadership abilities
• Experience with risk management and cross-functional collaboration

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Utility industry experience, especially in Transmission Project Management
• PMP or CAPM certification
• Experience in construction management
• Proficiency in project scheduling, cost control tools, and reporting
• Utility-specific technical certifications or CMII certifications

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
