• Negotiate and write subcontract scopes of work and manage full-cycle cost strategies.
• Drive collaboration with owners, designers, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Perform detailed site and plan analysis for constructability and logistics.
• Prepare and maintain construction schedules, including procurement and fabrication timelines
• Foster strong client relationships while ensuring contractual obligations are exceeded.
• Partner with field leadership to develop comprehensive job logistics plans.
