Project Manager

We're seeking a Commercial Construction Project Manager in the Sarasota area to lead K-12 and municipal construction projects.

Your new role

• Manage all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and quality control.
• Lead project meetings and ensure clear communication across all stakeholders.
• Coordinate procurement, subcontractor agreements, and project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Collaborate with preconstruction teams on estimates and value engineering.

What you will need to succeed

• Experience managing commercial construction projects over $10M.
• Background in K-12 or municipal construction preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• 5+ years of experience in a project management role.
• Familiarity with Procore and construction scheduling software is a plus.
