Project Manager - Superior GC : Job Details

Position Summary: The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a restoration project manager. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. You will have proven proficiency in Xactimate. You'll be responsible for overseeing job sites, preparing accurate budgets, and ensuring timely and high-quality project completion. You will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant adjusters, clients, or project team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Set project timeline.
• Perform detailed assessments of damaged properties.
• Create accurate and thorough work orders and change orders.
• Manage restoration projects from start to finish including scheduling, material procurement, and subcontractor/vendor, trade partners oversight.
• Communicate effectively and timely with clients, insurance, adjusters and team members.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Maintain proper documentation, including using PM software, and update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress.
• Coach and support project team members/trades with tasks you assign them.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in the restoration industry.
• Strong proficiency in Xactimate.
• Outstanding customer service and customer relationship skills- service is our goal.
• Experience in managing insurance claims.
• Knowledge of standard building practices, code compliance, and restoration techniques.
• Excellent customer service, communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Salary

• 75k to 90k, based on experience.
