About Us:

We are working with a nationally recognized commercial general contractor with a strong presence in the Southeast, currently expanding operations in Savannah, SC. They specialize in delivering high-quality, large-scale industrial projects and are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team.

Position Overview:

They are looking for a seasoned Project Manager with a proven track record in managing ground-up industrial projects, ideally 1 million square feet or larger. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in tilt-wall, distribution centers, logistics parks, and manufacturing facilities, along with strong leadership and scheduling skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all phases of industrial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Oversee site operations, subcontractor coordination, scheduling, budgeting, and client communication
• Manage project costs, forecasts, and reporting to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
• Interface with owners, architects, engineers, and city officials to ensure project compliance and quality
• Foster a culture of safety, quality, and collaboration among project team members
• Maintain and track project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and contracts
• Support field staff with construction sequencing, logistics planning, and procurement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 7+ years of commercial/aviation construction experience, with at least 3 years managing large-scale industrial projects
• Demonstrated experience with projects over 1 million SF highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of scheduling software (Primavera P6, Microsoft Project), Procore, and MS Office
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• OSHA 30 certification preferred
