Project Manager – Concrete Construction

Kennesaw, Georgia | Full-Time

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial concrete construction projects from start to finish. What You'll Do

As a Project Manager, you'll be the driving force behind successful concrete construction projects, ensuring they're completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. From tilt-up to vertical concrete work, you'll oversee operations, collaborate with superintendents, and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and quality control
  • Leading job site planning, logistics, schedules, and budget tracking
  • Partnering with field teams to ensure labor, materials, and equipment are optimized
  • Coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle
  • Managing RFIs, change orders, contracts, and close-out documentation
  • Attending client meetings and contributing to strategic decision-making
  • Maintaining a solutions-oriented mindset and sharing lessons learned

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience managing commercial concrete projects (Tilt-Up or vertical experience required)
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Strong command of project scheduling tools (MS Project or Primavera)
  • Proficiency in MS Office and construction budgeting/forecasting tools
  • Deep understanding of concrete formwork systems, methods, and materials
  • Familiarity with building codes, OSHA standards, and construction best practices
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to travel to project sites as needed

Nice-to-Haves

  • OSHA Certification
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Experience with AutoCAD or Tekla
