Project Manager - City of Sandpoint Idaho : Job Details

INFORMATION REGARDING COMPENSATION:The full salary range for the position is $34.47/hr. - $47.63/hr. The general hiring range for the role is $34.47/hr. - $39.65/hr. The hiring salary will depend on the candidates experience, qualifications, and education. Oversees a variety of City projects, proactively managing schedules and budgets; coordinating design, permitting, construction, contracts, and quality; and, ensuring compliance with federal, state and local laws. This position requires exceptional people and organization skills with an ability to work with all levels of leadership, community and business stakeholders. The Construction Manager will work closely with consultants, contractors, utility providers, suppliers, and various City staff throughout design and construction of capital improvement projects.
