As a Project Manager at LRT Restoration Technologies, you will be responsible for the overall planning, execution, and delivery of multiple concrete and masonry restoration projects. This includes full ownership of safety, quality, scheduling, and budget. LRT works on structures in many industries from simple repairs to multi-year restorations across different technical trades. Our projects provide value-added solutions to owners, engineers, and contractors. You'll lead high-performing teams and maintain strong client relationships to ensure successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage project teams through planning, execution, and closeout
  • Ensure high standards in safety, quality, and performance
  • Manage budgets, schedules, and job costs efficiently
  • Coordinate subcontractors and self-perform crews to maximize productivity
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle
  • Promote continuous improvement and mentor team members

Qualifications:

  • 5–7 years of experience in construction. Experiences strictly related to concrete and/or masonry restoration and specialties are highly desirable but not required.
  • Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering is highly desirable but not required. Alternate degrees or simply industry experience is sufficient depending upon the individual's skills and work experience.
  • Proven track record in project leadership, financial oversight, and team development
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
