• Title: Project Manager
• Location: Downers Grove, IL
• Hire Type: Direct Hire

• Lead and coordinate all managerial and administrative aspects of projects from preconstruction to closeout.
• Work closely with clients and design teams to develop concepts and budgets.
• Participate in proposal meetings, review scope, discuss cost reductions, and negotiate contracts.
• Oversee subcontractor selection and buyout process.
• Identify opportunities to procure materials or equipment directly.
• Collaborate with Project Superintendent on subcontractor scopes, schedules, and logistics.
• Lead preconstruction planning meetings to address constructability and sequencing issues.
• Conduct on-site meetings during construction to review progress and resolve challenges.
• Manage project performance against budget, and prepare financial reports and owner payments.
• Ensure a positive and safe construction environment for all involved.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5-7 years of construction management or engineering design experience.
• Experience with industrial, cold storage, food & beverage, manufacturing, or data center projects preferred.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Project.
