Project Manager - Society of Exploration Geophysicists : Job Details

An Oregon based utilities company is hiring for a Project Manager to join their Construction Project Management team and support natural gas storage expansion projects. In this role, you will manage the completion of a major expansion project collaborating closely with the engineering, outside vendors and field crews. The best candidates for this role have a strong background in leadership, commercial construction, utilities and engineering.

Details:

Location: Downtown Portland office. Hybrid 2 days/week in office

Duration: 18 month contract

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week

Start target: ASAP

Must Haves:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 7+ years of project management experience with a background in commercial construction and utilities.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex infrastructure projects.

Nice to Haves:

• PMP Certification
• Experience working in the natural gas industry or similar regulated utility environments.
• Familiarity with Oregon permitting processes or public infrastructure projects.
• Experience navigating unionized workforces or contractor-heavy projects.
