Project Manager - Wilbert Precast : Job Details

Wilbert Precast is seeking an Experienced Project Manager for our Yakima location. This position collaborates with sales, management, production, and dispatch teams to ensure smooth operations for our customers.

What to expect:

• Serve as the primary contact for clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams
• Facilitate sales orders from initial sale through delivery of product
• Maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and forecasts
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure compliance with project specifications
• Support business development efforts, including proposal preparation and estimating.
• Maintain records and files
• Give executive leadership updates on a regular basis

Qualifications and skills:

• 2+ years of Project Management experience
• Construction, manufacturing, concrete, or precast experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
• Proficient in Word and Excel
• Ability to read architectural, civil, and structural engineering plans
• Pass and background, and drug screen
