Job Description :

Under moderate supervision, provides project management oversight and direction to ensure the overall success of a limited number of initiatives by developing appropriate project implementation plans. These plans include, but are not limited to, scope, goals, scheduling, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plans, schedules, and tracks project timelines, milestones, and deliverables using appropriate tools.
  • Estimates resources and participants needed to achieve project goals and determines the need for additional staff and/or consultants, making appropriate requests for additional personnel.
  • Manages relationships across the organization and divisions to develop a thorough understanding of core business functions and aligns projects with overall business objectives.
  • Conducts quality assurance audits to support the project quality plan, including post-mortem assessments, and suggests process or procedural improvements.
    • Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in business or a related field and two years of experience in project management or a related field specific to the assigned project(s), or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
