We are seeking an organized and results-driven Project Manager to oversee projects from inception to completion. This role will be responsible for managing timelines, resources, budgets, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful delivery of key initiatives. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Perform the full range of the project management lifecycle: discovery, initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing.
  • Achieve financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and review project deliverables.
  • Manage vendor tasks, track, and review vendor deliverables.
  • Provide technical and analytical guidance to the project team.
  • Recommend and implement solutions to project problems, revising plans as needed.
  • Evaluate project metrics and effectiveness.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting; prepare specialized and ad hoc reports.
  • Use steering and executive input for decision-making, change management, and communication.
  • Advise leadership on post-project operations.
  • Provide training to staff.
    • Qualifications
    • Associates degree from a two-year college or university with 2-3 years of experience, or equivalent education and experience.
    • Valid driver's license may be required.
    • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret reports, financial documents, and legal texts.
    • Effective communication skills to respond to inquiries or complaints from customers, agencies, or the public.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

    Available Shift: Full Time

    Compensation: $70,000 - $100,000
