Job SummaryMUST LIVE IN THE DC/MD/VA AREAWe are seeking a certified and experienced Project Manager (PM) to serve as the primary point of contact for contract performance and lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of assigned projects. This individual will be responsible for overseeing all project phases from initiation to completion, ensuring quality standards are met and project goals are achieved on time and within budget.Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the Contractor's main point of contact for all project-related communications and performance oversight.
• Manage all aspects of project development and implementation, acting as the single point of contact for assigned projects.
• Lead projects from original concept through final implementation, ensuring alignment with client expectations and objectives.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, budget estimates, and risk assessments.
• Conduct regular project meetings and provide thorough tracking and analysis of progress and performance.
• Monitor and track project funding and burn rates to ensure financial accountability and transparency.
• Ensure project deliverables adhere to established quality standards and conduct thorough reviews before final submission.
• Oversee vendor task integration and review vendor deliverables for consistency and quality.
• Provide clear, timely status updates and reports to stakeholders and leadership.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BA), Project Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience managing complex projects.
• Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results under pressure.
• Familiarity with project management tools and financial tracking.

• Experience in government contracting environments.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project).
• Ability to build collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams.
