Position: Wearhouse Project Manager

Location: Bristol, Connecticut

Shifts/Schedule: daytime M-F, 7:30am-3:30pm EST

Contract/Perm: 3mo contract to hire

Must Haves:

• 1-2 years of experience in a project management role
• 1-2 years of experience in a leadership role
• 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse/logistics environment
• Attention to detail
• High school diploma
• Clear communication skills
• Ability to pass a background check

Preferred Qualifications:

• Veteran status is a plus

Day-To-Day:

• Manage a team and yourself for smooth efficient warehouse operations
• On Time Product Delivery: Manage warehouse inventory and assist in daily picking/packing and shipping operations
• Project Management: Manage website operations and ecommerce projects so that we can launch and test new products online to our customers
• As the Warehouse Project Manager you will be responsible for inventory management, picking/packing products to ship to our customers daily, and also assisting our team with launching new products online

Interview Process: 2 step interview

Contract/Contract-to-Hire Roles: Compensation: $28/hr to $33/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
