SUMMARYWe are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee and manage the planning, execution, and completion of assigned projects.WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Lead and manage engineering, capital or continuous improvement projects as assigned.
  • Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risk management strategies.
  • Coordinate with the project team to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members, providing regular project updates and addressing any concerns.
  • Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial accountability.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of progressive experience working in product development, process development or capital projects in a manufacturing environment.
  • Prior project management experience preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., MS360, MS Project, Smartsheet).
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
