Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.

Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.

Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Monitor and track project progress, identifying and resolving any issues or delays that may arise. Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all project personnel.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
