ABOUT THE ROLE

This role focuses on project management within an office or market, team leadership, mentoring, advancing work quality, integrating design services, managing processes, and delivering financial performance.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Lead and develop client relationships to foster future opportunities.
  • Maintain positive client relations and communicate effectively about design and construction issues.
  • Establish shared expectations early in projects and clarify stakeholder involvement.
  • Ensure clear communication and documentation, lead meetings and presentations.
  • Participate in business development and collaborate with marketing and leadership.
  • Understand contractual obligations, manage scope, and influence client approvals.
  • Lead project teams to meet goals related to quality, budget, schedule, innovation, and profitability.
  • Manage work plans, budgets, schedules using tools like MS Project and Deltek.
  • Oversee design and documentation during construction.
  • Maintain project records and ensure risk mitigation and compliance.
  • Develop risk management plans and address project risks.
  • Foster a positive team environment, empower team members, and share lessons learned.
  • Implement company methods and standards to ensure quality and productivity.
  • Coordinate workload, provide leadership, and give feedback to team members.
  • Support project teams in decision-making and innovative solutions.
  • Monitor work progress and ensure standards are followed.
  • Ensure statutory requirements are met.
  • Oversee QA/QC processes and enforce quality standards.
  • Coordinate with project architects and quality leaders.
  • Participate in contract negotiations and perform other duties as assigned.
HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of related experience.
  • Experience managing health projects.
  • US licensure or registration preferred.
  • LEED accreditation preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, business acumen, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
  • Technical knowledge and leadership ability.
  • Proficiency with Revit, Microsoft Office, MS Project, Deltek Vision, Bluebeam, and other data management software.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The salary range for Buffalo is $88,600 to $110,700 annually, with potential bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package, including health coverage, flexible spending, paid time off, remote options, and a 401k plan.
