About the Role

As a Project Manager - Global IT-PMO, you'll take ownership of high-impact projects, collaborating with IT and business partners across the globe to deliver innovative solutions. With a service-oriented mindset, you'll enhance processes, mentor teams, and ensure project success while fostering a culture of excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale projects or manage multiple smaller projects with precision and agility.
• Drive continuous improvement within the PMO/project lifecycle, optimizing how we deliver success.
• Collaborate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and business partner satisfaction.
• Mentor junior project managers, fostering growth and knowledge-sharing within the organization.
• Manage risks, quality plans, and resources to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Prepare Statements of Work, manage vendor selection, and oversee contractual materials.

What We're Looking For

• Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with 3+ years of IT project management experience. Advanced certifications (e.g., PMI, Agile) are a plus.
• Skills: Strong leadership, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills to motivate teams and engage stakeholders. Proficiency in MS 365 Suite, MS Project, Jira/Confluence, or similar PM tools.
• Mindset: Action-oriented, solution-focused, and passionate about driving win-win outcomes.
• Travel: Up to 15% travel, including international, to support global initiatives.
