Salary Range: $110,000 - $140,000 annually plus bonus eligibility.

As a Project Manager, you will lead project initiatives from inception to execution, collaborating with operations and cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery within budget.

• Apply strong project management fundamentals with a focus on agile planning, sprints, and retrospectives.
• Manage data or analytics projects, including data pipeline builds, infrastructure upgrades, and BI tool implementations.
• Translate business objectives into technical roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables.
• Familiarity with modern data stack components is a plus.
• Work closely with data engineers, DBAs, and stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize work.
• Facilitate technical discussions and ensure alignment across teams.
• Manage Looker or similar BI platform enhancements and workflows.
• Oversee data infrastructure projects like database migrations and performance tuning.
• Communicate technical progress clearly, identify blockers, and drive resolutions.
• Manage competing priorities, balancing data quality and business impact.

• 3–5+ years of project or program management experience in data, engineering, or analytics.
• Strong knowledge of data tools and concepts (SQL, ETL, data warehousing, BI).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Experience with Jira or similar project management tools.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with large-scale data platforms and leading organizational change through technology.
• Data analysis skills to understand and solve data-related problems.
• High integrity, work ethic, and commitment to OTG values.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
