Job Summary

As part of the Individual Disability Insurance team, you will lead cross-functional project teams in a matrixed environment, influence decisions, and engage with leaders to ensure the delivery of optimal business value.

Develop detailed project plans, roadmaps, resource forecasts, training, and communication plans for complex, enterprise-wide initiatives.

Utilize project management methodologies (Agile or Waterfall) to plan and manage project complexity, priorities, and risks.

Manage vendor relationships for project execution and budget oversight.

Actively monitor and manage the project budget, initiating corrective actions to ensure timely and within-budget deliverables.

Collaborate with Marketing, IT, business leaders, and functional managers to stay aligned and on track.

Monitor project progress and maintain standards throughout development.

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Skills and Background You Will Need
  • Bachelor's degree or higher is required.
  • PMP Certification is required; SAFe and Agile certifications are preferred.
  • At least 4-5 years of experience managing complex, enterprise-wide projects.
  • Ability to travel once or twice a year to Portland, Oregon.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with experience tailoring messages to diverse audiences.
  • Proven ability to build and leverage relationships across the organization to meet project objectives.

Eligibility for incentive programs depends on specific rules and individual and organizational performance.

Salary Range: $74,500.00 - $108,750.00
