We are a national staffing firm and are currentlyseeking a Medicare/Medicaid Project Manager for a prominent clientofours.This position is based inLake County, IL. Details for the positionare as follows:

Job Description:

Pay: $60–$70/hr to startSchedule: Monday–Friday, Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)Duration: 6-month assignment with potential for extension based on performance and budget

Key Responsibilities

• Led the development and execution of comprehensive project plans, budgets, and product launch strategies, ensuring alignment with timelines, quality standards, and strategic objectives.
• Translated project goals into actionable tasks while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and ethics standards; delivered regular updates to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Managed cross-functional teams, including direct and indirect reports; performed risk assessments, implemented contingency plans, and drove continuous process improvement to optimize performance and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum of 3 years' project management experience required, preferably within Medicare/Medicaid
• Demonstrated success managing high-volume projects, risk mitigation efforts, and tight project timelines
• Pharmaceutical, Medical or Healthcare Industry required
• SmartSheets experience preferred
• PMP certification strongly preferred
