You'll thrive in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment, managing multiple small to mid-sized projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities
  • Define project objectives and develop detailed execution plans in collaboration with the Project Executive and Project Sponsor
  • Lead and manage multiple small to medium-sized building automation projects simultaneously
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
  • Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure alignment and smooth execution
  • Navigate both construction-tier and direct-to-end-user project pathways
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
  • Maintain strong communication across all levels of the project environment
  • Adapt to dynamic and geographically dispersed project conditions
  • Uphold Schneider Electric's standards for quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (Engineering, Building Automation, or related field)
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant project management experience in building automation or a related industry
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems, Building Automation Systems (BAS), and electronic control technologies
  • Familiarity with ISO standards and compliance requirements
  • Working knowledge of network infrastructure and communication protocols
  • Ability to read and interpret control system drawings and schematics
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and professional scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project)
