Our Fortune 500 client (One of the world's largest Beauty companies) in New York, NY is looking for hardworking, motivated talent to join their innovative team.Project ManagerHybrid@ 435 Hudson Street, New York, NY6 Months with posibility of extnJob Description:The DMI Beauty Tech & CX - Omni Implementation Manager, working closely with cross-functional teams, will support the development, implementation and growth of offline & online Beauty Tech devices and services. This will include new country launches, global application updates, KPI trend analysis, data reporting and usage growth opportunity identification.Service ExpertiseDeep understanding of brand localization kit & capabilities (usage, configuration, tech, analytics, data capture, support model) and release updatesKnowledge of brand goals and objectivesUnderstanding of customer journey flow both Online & OfflineLocalization CoordinationDevelop/manage rollout roadmap in partnership with brand key stakeholders & regional leadersCoordinate market kick-offs with all stakeholders and run weekly status callsFacilitate cross-team collaboration with brand team, Global Team, regional IT & local teams to monitor all localization activitiesAttend weekly check in with each market currently localizing to ensure project stays on trackAct as the liaison between the brand and the global teamLead monthly calls with our zone heads to review device usage, areas for improvement etcSupport ad-hoc local eventing/activations utilizing Beauty Tech ReportingTrack localization progress weekly and report key milestones to the larger Beauty Tech teamGather, analyze, and interpret data from relevant dashboards to provide actionable insightsIdentify trends, patterns and opportunities to optimize Beauty Tech strategies & usageTech MaintenanceSupport local change request collection with Global Teams KPIsEnsure implementation of brand guidelines to maximize KPIs goals and growthCoordinate with local team for definition of activation plan to support tool/service launchesIf this is a role that interests you and you'd like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
