Your Next Opportunity

The Project Manager II oversees projects from planning to completion, ensuring client satisfaction. Manages 2-4 small to medium projects or 1-2 large projects concurrently. This senior role involves mentoring staff and is on-site or in-office five days a week.

What You'll Do

• Train and direct Project Assistants and Project Manager I.
• Plan and organize projects under senior supervision.
• Establish project objectives, policies, and standards.
• Negotiate change orders and support construction activities.
• Manage project finances and client relationships.
• Support business development efforts.

What You Bring To Us

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience.

What You'll Need To Be Successful

• Knowledge of safety protocols.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Oracle.
• Strong communication and team skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.

Travel

Up to 25%.

Working Conditions

Primarily on active construction sites or in the office, with environmental considerations and safety protocols in place.

Pay Range

$109,800 - $164,700 annually, based on experience and location.
